At Nomorecredit (Operated by JB AI Tech Group), we value our customers. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent: 1. Right to Cancel: Users have the right to cancel their account or stop using our services at any time through the support desk. 2. Refund Eligibility: If you have added funds to your billing wallet and wish to cancel your service without using the credits, you are eligible for a refund of the unused amount. 3. Refund Process: Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will verify the transaction and unused balance. 4. Timeline: All eligible refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment source or provided bank account within 7 working days. 5. Non-Refundable: Fees already deducted for generated invoices are not eligible for a refund as the service has already been rendered. 6.
